When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data unless you provide it voluntarily.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Retention period

We retain your contact data for a maximum of 2 years after our last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Sharing with third parties

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to provide the service (e.g. email provider).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object. Submit your request to kevin@letsreboot.be.
